What the role involves

• To support the safe and efficient production of dry aggregates at our Tendley Quarry in Cockermouth, Cumbria.
• Operating a Face Excavator to support quarry operations.
• Develop operational and supervisory capability.

Skills and requirements

• Operate heavy plant on a daily basis, and be part of a close-knit operational team producing essential construction materials?
• Experience in an industrial, quarry, factory or aggregates environment (preferred).
• Plant tickets, including an excavator and shovel licence are advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
• Youll be part of a supportive operational team, gaining exposure to a wide range of plant, processes and responsibilities within a safety-focused, performance-driven environment.
