What the role involves

• Design teams, providing detailed reporting, identifying issues early and ensuring construction progresses safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Monitor M&E works Onsite to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications and regulations.
• Provide technical oversight and quality assurance throughout the construction phase.
• Identify defects, non‑conformances and risks, ensuring timely corrective action.
• Preparing detailed site reports, progress updates and photographic records.
• Liaise with contractors, consultants and project teams to resolve technical issues.

Confirmed role details
