What the role involves

  • Develop and implement CNC manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components.
  • Create and optimise 5-axis milling programs (online and offline).
  • Leading process validation activities, including first article inspection and PPAP support.
  • Provide technical support to machinists on the shop floor.
  • Troubleshoot machining issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives across milling operations.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.
