What the role involves

• Leading financial reporting for a multi-asset, multi-entity portfolio, including monthly results, KPI review, and variance analysis.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with Oxford standards and accounting frameworks (local GAAP/IFRS).
• Overseeing month end close, consolidation, and submissions to Corporate and senior stakeholders.
• Review tenant CAM/Tax recovery calculations and third-party reporting.
• Managing interim and year-end audits, resolving issues and ensuring timely completion.
• Leading annual operating plans and quarterly reforecasts with asset and property management teams.

Skills and requirements

• University degree in Commerce, Business, or Accounting.
• 6 + years of relevant experience in a complex environment with a strong performance record.
• Big 4 Firm AND Real estate industry experience a strong asset.
