What the role involves

• We are keen to talk with Management Accountants, with experience from manufacturing, production or engineering type companies.
• Provide financial insights to drive profitability, focusing on cost control, operational efficiencies, analysis of production costs through variance analysis & management of invent.
• Help drive strong finance management & improvements across all departments.
• Delivering high-quality management information, cost analysis and insight to support business decision making.
• Preparing accurate monthly management accounts, analysis cost and margin performance, driving cost control initiatives and supporting budgeting, forecasting and business planning.
• Cost Accounting & Inventory Management Variance Analysis Financial Reporting & Controls Budgeting & Forecasting Stakeholder Partnerships.

Skills and requirements

• Such as degree, fully qualified, part-qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
• Proven Management Accounting experience, ideally gained in Manufacturing, Production or Engineering setting.
• Must be a self-starter, that thrives in a growing and changing environment.
• Analytical, with the ability to influence operational stakeholders and improve processes.

Confirmed role details

• Job Salary £50,000 - £70,000 Package + Professional Development + Growth Prospects + Staff Discounts + Other Perks.
