What the role involves

• You work as a team participant to ensure the community meets the quality maintenance standards set by ELS.
• Ensure the amenity spaces are well maintained and working properly.
• Maintaining grounds and keep them free from trash and debris.
• Work closely with management to maintain a clean, safe and appealing property.
• Reporting maintenance concerns directly to management and perform repairs.

Skills and requirements

• Attend morning staff meetings to communicate daily vendor appointments and required work.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
• High school diploma or the equivalent experience.

Additional role context

• ELS is hiring for the position of Maintenance - Level I in Lindell Beach, British Columbia.What you’ll do.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with other maintenance workers, management and staff and work closely with them on all special maintenance projects.
• Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
