Responsible for customs clearance paperwork (ACI, PARS). Scheduling delivery appointments.

Administrative work involved

Monitoring and maintaining legislation compliance. Daily review of drivers logs. Ongoing review of MTO legislation, maintaining all audit paperwork.

Administrative skills and experience

  • Scheduling all required drug tests for drivers.
  • 2 to 4 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with Excel, Loadlink and ERP systems.
