  • Operate kitchen equipment including grill, flattop, fryers, and pizza ovens.
  • Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, especially during service.
  • Follow recipes, prep sheets, kitchen manuals, and established procedures.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Assisting with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities.

Skills and requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a line cook in a professional environment preferred.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.
  • Food Handler Certification required or willingness to obtain.
