Lift Technician focuses on diagnosing and repairing service equipment.

What the role involves

• Diagnosing and repairing service equipment.
• Maintaining mechanical and physical condition of service equipment.
• Performing scheduled maintenance work.
• Maintaining customer’s equipment in a cost-effective manner.
• Responding to customer requests for service as assigned by the Service Dispatcher.
• Arriving at the customer’s site in an effort to determine the nature of the problem requiring repair.

Skills and requirements

• Strong technical aptitude with experience in mechanical or electrical systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly and effectively.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software relevant to equipment maintenance.
• Flexibility to travel frequently for on-site service calls as needed.
