Lifestyle Rental Consultant focuses on advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of skyline living, the residential tenancies act and the human rights code.

What the role involves

• Advertise and show units to prospective tenants within the specifications of Skyline Living, the Residential Tenancies Act and the Human Rights Code.
• Assisting with checking credit references and collecting rent on a monthly basis, as required.
• Handle all phone calls.
• Processing application forms.
• In case of any issues and concerns, the Rental Agent is responsible to escalate the concern to the Property Manager.
• Thoroughly complete all necessary paperwork (applications, leases, etc.) and move-in & move out inspections.

Skills and requirements

• Knowledge of the Landlord Tenant Act, Human Rights Code and other applicable legislation.
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve effectively.
• Multi-task, organize work flow and remain detail oriented.
• High school diploma or 5 years work related experience.

• Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time Contract (6 Months).
• Schedule: Flexible Schedule with Evenings & Weekends Required.
