- Full training + licensing support (LLQP + OTL if needed).
- Hybrid flexibility (in-office + remote options).
- Sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
- Willingness to obtain OTL license (asset for cross-selling).

- Base salary starting at $45,000–$55,000.
- Uncapped commission on life insurance sales.
