Legal Technology Training Specialist focuses on coordinate and conduct software training sessions for new and existing employees.
What the role involves
- Coordinate and conduct software training sessions for new and existing employees.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking technical assistance with software applications and related systems.
- Update training materials including manuals, presentations, exercises and “how-to” tips to ensure that they are comprehensive and engaging.
- Analysing training needs and create programs accordingly, ensuring that they address specific gaps in knowledge and skills.
- Support to employees on all software applications, ensuring employees stay up to date with system updates and best practices.
- Resolve routine software issues reported by employees, referring more complex problems to the IT Department for advanced support.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in designing and delivering software training, technical support, or a related role.
- College diploma or university degree in computer science, information technology, or related software field.
- Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment would be an asset.
- Develop engaging and effective training programs.
