Practical details
- Temporary (Up to 6 months with possible extension).
- Provide a professional and customer focused administrative and front of house service to the L&D Centre, to support corporate objectives and those of the Service Support Directorat.
- As an integral member of the Learning and Development team.
- Provide support and advice to NIFRS personnel regarding operational learning and development (L&D) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of training and associated events.
Administrative skills and experience
- Possess a HNC-level qualification in a relevant subject (e.g.
- Business administration, IT, Multimedia).
- Have at least two years’ experience of working in a Learning & Development/Administrative role.
