Lead Generation Team Manager focuses on responsible for the direct management and motivation of up to 12 lead generation executives ensuring each individual is fully developed to their maximum potential.
What the role involves
- Responsible for the direct management and motivation of up to 12 Lead Generation Executives ensuring each individual is fully developed to their maximum potential.
- Supporting the Operations Manager in delivering the strategic plan for the department, this may include participation in projects as required by the business.
- Supporting and identify opportunities to improve revenue and customer experience.
- Process improvements, ensuring they understand clear goals.
- Deliver important messages to teams.
- Care or Account Mgt) incorporating sales, service, cost, employee engagement, customer satisfaction dimensions.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.

- Working Monday to Friday 37.5.
