Junior Quantity Surveyor

The Junior Quantity Surveyor position in Quantity Surveying centres on assisting with the commercial administration of live façade projects. It would suit someone who can bring clear communication, reliability, and practical judgement to the role.

Why this role may suit you

Degree qualified, or working towards a qualification, in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related construction discipline. Previous façade experience would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full support and development will be provided.

Site work involved

Assisting with the commercial administration of live façade projects. Supporting the preparation of subcontractor and supplier enquiries. Help with obtaining, reviewing and comparing quotations.

Construction skills and requirements

• Façade, curtain walling, cladding or building envelope experience is desirable but not essential.
• Have good numerical and analytical skills linked to strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
