Junior Master Data Analyst

Junior Master Data Analyst focuses on managing the daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating and maintaining customer master associated hierarchies in sap, and other related internal systems.

What the role involves

• Managing the daily operations by creating, reviewing, validating and maintaining customer master associated hierarchies in SAP, and other related internal systems.
• Determines course of action necessary to complete customer master hierarchy update requests within the established SLAs.
• Works with the License systems and make sure that all End Customers and Partners with active licences are assigned to a customer master hierarchy.
• Reconciles the Customer Master Hierarchies to Global Partner Program Parent- Child relationships maintained in SFDC.
• Routinely audit data against established rule sets to ensure consistency and accuracy of information.
• Leads process standardization, data governance, cleansing activities, maintenance and data quality improvement efforts in alignment with data strategy goals.

• Provide expertise to the Mitel business units as required.
• Minimum job experience required includes 1-3 years in data analysis and analytics in a business environment, performing business reporting.
• Very Good skills in Excel.
