What the role involves

  • Repair insulation materials per project specifications and safety standards.
  • Apply spray foam insulation with attention to efficiency, thermal performance, and material handling.
  • Install sheet metal coverings on pipes, valves, tanks, and HVAC systems.
  • Perform quality checks and document work according to client and MATRIX guidelines.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Collaborate with other trades and supervision to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.

Skills and requirements

  • Proven experience in spray foam insulation application.
  • Strong knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
  • Must be able to work in potentially challenging Arctic conditions.

Confirmed role details

  • 4 weeks in 2 weeks out rotation in Camp.
  • Day rate of between $750-800 per day, depending on skills and experience.
