What the role involves
- Repair insulation materials per project specifications and safety standards.
- Apply spray foam insulation with attention to efficiency, thermal performance, and material handling.
- Install sheet metal coverings on pipes, valves, tanks, and HVAC systems.
- Perform quality checks and document work according to client and MATRIX guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Collaborate with other trades and supervision to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in spray foam insulation application.
- Strong knowledge of insulation materials, tools, and installation techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
- Must be able to work in potentially challenging Arctic conditions.
Confirmed role details
- 4 weeks in 2 weeks out rotation in Camp.
- Day rate of between $750-800 per day, depending on skills and experience.
