What the role involves

• We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan.
• We have a new Junior opportunity available for an IT Support person to join our Information Technology team at our Head Office located in Regina, Saskatchewan.
• Primary focus will be on the deployment of new computers and transferring of programs and data from old system to new.
• Some administration of end-user accounts.
• Handling help desk requests, including documenting user inquiries and providing support to resolve end-user IT issues via phone, email, or in-person.
• Collaborate with other IT staff.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical experience with the stack, platform, data, or support environment is important.

Candidate fit

• Patience, troubleshooting discipline, clear communication, and accurate ticket handling.
