Intermediate Environmental Technician

Intermediate Environmental Technician focuses on assisting with planning, field work, and reporting environmental investigation projects (phase i, ii esa’s, detailed site investigation, remediation).

What the role involves

• Assisting with planning, field work, and reporting environmental investigation projects (Phase I, II ESA’s, Detailed Site Investigation, Remediation).
• Groundwater and surface water sampling and monitoring.
• Field testing, monitoring and supervision of remediation projects.
• Assessment of sites for hazardous materials.

Skills and requirements

• Four years of relevant experience in a related field.
• Diploma from a recognized technical school.
• Association registration or eligibility for registration (, CET.
• Familiarity with Environmental Regulations in Atlantic Canada an asset.
