What the role involves

  • Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
  • Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain relationships with centre of influences.
  • Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissio.
  • Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.

Skills and requirements

  • Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
