- Provide Home, Auto, and Life Insurance solutions tailored to our clients' needs.
- Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain relationships with centre of influences.
- Collaborate with the agent to establish and achieve marketing goals.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, claim submissio.
- Engage with clients and the community through social media platforms and participate in community events to enhance the company's presence.
Skills and requirements
- Relevant sales, account management, business development, CRM, or customer-facing experience may be useful.
