What the role involves

  • Provide support and assistance to other coordinators with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth workflow and effective communication among team members.
  • Preparing and organize specialized tools, equipment, and consumables required for installation projects, ensuring all necessary materials are available in advance.
  • Monitoring and arrange for any missing tools or materials needed at the installation site, coordinating with suppliers or internal teams to prevent delays.
  • Assisting in booking and organizing accommodations for installation personnel, ensuring comfortable and efficient lodging arrangements during project assignments.
  • Willing to travel to project sites as needed to support on-site coordination.
  • Ensure proper execution of tasks.

Skills and requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is a plus.
