Industrial System Designer

This Industrial System Designer role is focused on processing capabilities and negotiating frontier drawings (with Design Office, other components Industrial Architects, Operations, Logistics, etc.). It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where ownership sits

Design Office, Research Technologies & Development, Modeling & Simulation and Industrial Architects from other departments. Doors, 3DX and/or simulation tools (SIMBAL, anylogic, AVATAR, etc.) is a plus.

What the role carries

Processing capabilities and negotiating frontier drawings (with Design Office, other components Industrial Architects, Operations, Logistics, etc.). Raise MFTs to Co-design changes to the industrial system together with the Aircraft, aligning on the Build Process, the Datum strategy, Tolerance analysis. Perform technology selection mapping, to develop the most cost-effective and efficient technologies to be implemented during STEP's or investments for ramp-up.

• A strong experience within structural assembly and/or systems installation and co-design will be appreciated.
