Industrial Electrician

Industrial Electrician focuses on ability to read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code and project specifications.

What the role involves

• Ability to read and interpret drawings, circuit diagrams, and electrical code and project specifications.
• Supporting other members of the maintenance team.
• Repair distribution equipment and electrical controls such as switchboards, panelboards, disconnect switches.
• Repair and replace equipment, electrical wiring, or fixtures.
• Ability to operate hand tools and power tools associated with electrical work.
• Work directly with management to develop and execute focused improvement projects involving process optimizations, upgrades, and the resolution of reoccurring problems.

Skills and requirements

• Certified 442A Industrial Electrician or 309A Construction Maintenance Electrician.
• Experience working in commercial and industrial environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience.
• Valid Driver’s License.
