Provides direction, insight, and assistance to managers and employees on HR related matters. Manages the recruitment and onboarding processes, including job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating new employee orientation. Partners with colleagues on Benefit Plan management and administration.
What needs to be in place
- Post secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an HR Generalist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
