HR Coordinator focuses on the hr coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various engagement opportunities and providing support to employees and working directly with the hrbp.
What the role involves
- The HR Coordinator will be responsible for assisting with various engagement opportunities and providing support to employees and working directly with the HRBP.
- Conducts recruitment, coordinates the selection process and onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Managing employee records.
- Provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Supporting payroll related administrative tasks.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis.
Skills and requirements
- The ideal candidate should be a team-oriented and approachable individual who can effectively multitask with a heightened focus on the employee experience.
- Plan and execute events to ensure a positive employee experience.
- · Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
- · 2+ years of HR coordination with payroll processing experience.
