- Delivering the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles, from screening to workforce planning.
- Analysing HR metrics (turnover, absence, recruitment KPIs) and recommend data-led solutions.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best-practice HR standards.
