Provide HR advice to managers on employee wellbeing and attendance management. Supporting the management of sickness absence, including mental health and long-term conditions. Delivering confidential support to employees facing personal or work-related issues.
What needs to be in place
- A relevant third-level qualification or CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years’ recent HR or Health & Wellbeing experience.
- Experience of working collaboratively with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Job details
- Portadown (with travel across NI).
- 36 hours per week (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
- Shift pattern: Weekends.
