What the role involves

• Ensure mould temperatures meet required settings.
• Inspect rubber strips and materials for quality before production.
• Load materials, and complete the splicing process.
• Perform visual inspections of finished gaskets and identify any defects.
• Package completed gaskets accurately and verify correct quantities.
• Record production information accurately and in a timely manner.

Skills and requirements

• Ability to use, or be trained to use, various measuring tools used in gasket manufacturing.
• Ability to handle items up to 25lbs without restriction.
• Operate equipment safely and correctly.

• Splicing is the production process that uses heated moulds to join pre‑cut rubber strips into circular gaskets.
• Location 77 Carlingview Drive, Etobicoke, Ontario, M9W 5E6 ().
• 7:00am - 3:00pm (Morning shift).
