What the role involves

• Develop the tax team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Shape and implement the firm's tax strategy in alignment with overall business goals.
• Provide expert advice on complex corporation tax matters, including compliance, planning, and structuring.
• Leading on M&A transactions, due diligence, and tax structuring for corporate deals.
• Delivering high-level tax advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including SMEs, large corporates, and international groups.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor.

Skills and requirements

• ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified (or equivalent).
• Additional qualifications in corporate finance or international tax are advantageous.
• Minimum 10 years' experience in a tax leadership role within a professional services firm.
• Proven track record in corporation tax, transactional tax, and advisory.
