• Interacting with guests and groups - engaging, approaching, introducing yourself and initiating conversation. Explaining each attraction.
• Manage line-ups and traffic flow.
• Communicating extensive resort knowledge with guests - resort events, amenities, restaurants, childcare and parking facilities.

Additional role context
