  • Supporting the implementation and day-to-day administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients.
  • Delivering prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to clients and members.
  • Perform general clerical duties including scanning, printing, mail distribution, and document management.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files in the company CRM.
  • Use quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and Docu.
  • 1+ years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred).

Skills and requirements

  • Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
