Group Benefits Administrator focuses on supporting the implementation and day-to-day administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients.
What the role involves
- Supporting the implementation and day-to-day administration of group benefits plans for new and existing clients.
- Delivering prompt, professional, and friendly customer service to clients and members.
- Perform general clerical duties including scanning, printing, mail distribution, and document management.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client files in the company CRM.
- Use quoting software, insurance carrier portals, Zoom, and Docu.
- 1+ years of experience in group benefits administration (preferred).
Skills and requirements
- Administrative, office, reception, data, systems, or coordination experience may be useful.
