Grounds Maintenance Operative/Driver focuses on ensure high standards and probity with company policy.

What the role involves

• Ensure high standards and probity with Company policy.
• To positively support organisational change ensuring the appropriate systems of performance and development, communications, equality impact assessment, monitoring.
• To promote a positive image of LFM360 and represent the Company at external conferences, seminars, public meetings/forums and working parties as may be required.
• To act as a “front line” representative of LFM360, dealing with enquiries from tenants and liaising with other LFM360 employees where necessary, attending meetings on behalf of LFM.
• Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride on mowing equipment, petrol powered grass trimmers and back pack blowers.
• Green waste clearance including leaves and other arisings using back pack or hand held blowers and hand tools such as leaf grabbers and pitch forks.

Skills and requirements

• Experience of operating a range of Grounds Maintenance machinery.
• Q.C.F Level 1-2 Horticulture or City and Guilds level's 1 & 2.
• CS30.1 and CS30.2 Chain Saw Maintenance, Cross cutting and felling small trees.
• Possess a full valid driving licence ( Desirable but not essential).

Confirmed role details

• Full-time – 40 hours.
