- Participate in the acquisition process by making recommendations on all aspects related to total compensation.
- Recommend opportunities to optimize and improve our processes.
Skills and requirements
- Analyze data from compensation surveys and make recommendations to ensure the competitiveness of the total rewards offering and an optimal employee experience.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, combined with a minimum of 3 years of experience in total compensation.
Confirmed role details
- Actively participate in the annual salary review process and in the management of incentive compensation programs while maintaining strong governance standards.
- Ensure the ongoing maintenance of pay equity.
Additional role context
- Act as a champion of the job structure and the maintenance of compensation data within the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Contribute to the management and promotion of employee benefits programs.
