What the role involves

• Leading planning cycles with clear timetables, frameworks, assumptions and stakeholder engagement.
• Provide robust challenge to business plans and performance drivers to ensure ambitious but realistic projections.
• Develop the core forecasting models, ensuring they remain fit for purpose and aligned with business drivers.
• Develop scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling to support strategic and operational decision making.
• Leading the review of weekly and monthly performance reporting, ensuring clear, insight-led commentary.
• Ensure reporting is accurate, timely and aligned with a single version of the truth across the business.

Skills and requirements

• Advanced Excel as standard (experience in Power BI or similar tools desirable).
