Collaborate with the management team to achieve Food & Beverage key performance indicators and financial targets. Supporting the Hotel Manager in providing direction, performance feedback and ongoing coaching to develop.

What you need

• Post-secondary education in hospitality, travel and tourism or related field preferred.
• Demonstrates integrity, discretion, critical thinking, adaptability and problem solving.
• Has clear attention-to-detail with a strong work ethic and strategic planning skills.
