What the role involves

• The opportunity to build lifelong friendships with staff and guests from around the world.
• Supporting the Hotel Manager in providing direction, performance feedback and ongoing coaching to develop.
• Ensure F&B service standards are consistently delivered and aligned with brand expectations.
• Overseeing inventory management, ordering processes and cost controls within F&B operations.
• Supporting menu development, product costing and overall F&B program execution.
• Maintaining all liquor licences and service compliance with liquor laws.

Skills and requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Positive and collaborative working style with an ability to build meaningful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
• Able to communicate at a high level in a clear, effective, and timely manner.
• Willingness to work long days with flexibility to assist in other roles, as needed.
