• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance reports to support senior management decision-making.
• Maintain leasing schedules, reports, and entries for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close.
• Processing new lease agreements and obtain financing rates.
• Handle various banking administration as required.
• Administer corporate credit card programs.
• Processing capital expenditure (CAPEX) approval requests.

Skills and requirements

• 3+ years in financial analysis or accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, with a focus in finance or accounting.
• High proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
• Experience with Great Plains, Management Reporter or Vena is an asset.
