What the role involves

• Be the "bridge" that turns new designs into reality and the expert who ensures our customers can build them perfectly too.
• Have access to a fully equipped workshop to support this.
• Be testing tolerances, checking fitment, and providing feedback to the design team on "manufacturability.".
• Additional detail: Training or development support may be provided.

Skills and requirements

• Aluminium Expert: Deep experience with architectural aluminium systems (curtain walling, windows, doors, or storefronts).
• Testing & Certification: Building precision samples for air, wind, and water testing to ensure our systems meet industry standards.

Confirmed role details

• Field Problem Solving: Occasionally heading Onsite to investigate technical issues, providing hands-on fixes and feedback to prevent future occurrences.

Additional role context

• Install our systems correctly.
• Developing "Best Practice" guides and leading training sessions for our fabricator internal production teams on how to fabricate.
• A Technical Mind: You don't just follow a manual.
