What the role involves

• We have several services that support our Emergency Department including on-site Intensivists, Hospitalists, Obstetricians, Anesthesiologists, General Surgeons, and Radiologists wi.
• We provide onboarding support and robust orientation to the department and our Epic EMR.

Skills and requirements

• Licensed with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (or eligibility for licensure in the Province of Ontario).
• CCFP(EM), FRCP(EM), CCFP with emergency medicine experience or recent graduates with strong Emergency Medicine training and focus.
• Must hold current ACLS, ATLS and PALS Certification.
• Must possess strong interpersonal and critical thinking skills and proven ability to work effectively with all department/team disciplines.

Confirmed role details

• Remuneration is based on an ED Alternative Funding Agreement (AFA) with the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-term Care (MOHLTC).
