• To support your work, you will establish and refine procedures and processes to continually improve the work flow and output quality.

Skills and requirements

• Provide inputs to the microcontroller selection and specification, and where required will offer recommendations.
• Experience in embedded software design, using Atmel Studio, Visual Studio Code, ESP-IDF, Eclipse IDE or similar platforms is required.
• When required, you will train existing staff and future junior members in any new or existing processes.
• To be considered for this position, all applicants must have the legal right to work in the UK at the time of application.

Confirmed role details

• This is a Full Time, office-based role located at our factory at Tokenspire Business Park in Beverley, East Yorkshire.
• A flare for visual interface design will be a benefit, along with the drive to create efficient code and a polished final solution.
• Due to the very nature of the job requirements this is an Onsite/office based role with direct access to production and lab facilities on the same site.

• Working within an established team of designers, you will primarily be responsible for embedded software design, from initial ideas and specification, to prototype.
• Proof of concept through to final coding and system testing and performance evaluation.
