The Driver with caring duties Category D License position centres on collect and convey clients/patients (including elderly, physically handicapped, psychiatric, blind, etc.) to Trust Adult/Day Care facilities. It would suit someone who can bring careful technical judgement and practical problem-solving to the role.

Where the work sits

37.5 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm. Assisting clients with boarding/alighting vehicles, using mobility aids, and other personal support as required.

How the role works day to day

Collect and convey clients/patients (including elderly, physically handicapped, psychiatric, blind, etc.) to Trust Adult/Day Care facilities. Supporting at day facilities, functions, and outings. Operate tail lifts safely after training.

• Full Category D driving licence with no restrictions.
