- Advocate for clients’ needs regarding the role and impact of content in product design.
Skills and requirements
- Post-secondary education (university degree or college diploma preferred).
- Minimum years of writing experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and remediation methods.
