Skills and requirements

  • Post-secondary education (university degree or college diploma preferred).
  • Minimum years of writing experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards and remediation methods.
