Skills and requirements

• To deliver desktop hardware installation services where basic technical skills are required as part of a service delivery solution.
• Technicians will also be responsible for powering up devices, completing relevant tests and carrying out basic troubleshooting & support where required.

Additional role context

• Will involve unboxing and installing equipment at desks, connecting peripherals and attaching cabling (including power and network).
• You may also be asked to initiate automated builds and perform simple, scripted post-login configuration tasks.
