Customs Brokerage Agent focuses on ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight, while providing an exceptional customer service within the customs brokerage department.

What the role involves

• Ensure the proper and timely movement and clearance of freight, while providing an exceptional customer service within the Customs Brokerage department.
• Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operating system.
• Meets company standards of 52 hours training per year.
• Ensure customer profiles are updated and current for assigned accounts.
• Managing an allocated book of business for all customs needs.
• Navigation of the CARM Client Portal.

Skills and requirements

• CCS or Intro CSS qualification is preferred.
• Experience with word processing, spreadsheets, Windows, Outlook and various PC based software.
• Develop the industry skills.
• Have a positive attitude and an innate desire to help people.
