- Respond to customer inquiries related to overage charges via phone and email.
- Collaborate with billing and technical teams to ensure accurate data and seamless resolution of issues.
- Reporting recurring overage trends to support process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions in CRM systems.
- Provide feedback to management on common customer pain points and suggest enhancements to the Overages Program.
Skills and requirements
- 2 years of high-volume Customer Service experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

- This position is an 18-month temporary posting with possibility of Full Time.
