- Provide outstanding customer service and help the organisation to achieve its goals.
- We’ll look to you to deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times.
- Provide them with accurate information, allowing them to make informed decisions on financial products and services.
- Hone your organisational skills as you manage your diary and balance proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
- Maintaining relationships with colleagues in your department to support customers.
- Maintain an awareness of the wider aims of the business.
Skills and requirements
- Credit, Criminal, Sanctions and Fraud check will be completed. Also must be able to provide physical documentation to evidence the last 2 years employment history and the last 5 ye.
- GP’s, Mental Health Support, Financial Advice, Legal Advice.
- Critical Illness – up to £10,000.
- Refer-A-Friend earns up to £1,200 for you.
