Credit Controller focuses on managing customer relationships with consistent and timely contact, and work closely with both internal sales and operational personnel.
What the role involves

- Produce aged debt reporting with accurate KPI reporting for the Group stakeholders and leadership team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Managing the company risk in the collection of monies, including customer credit checks, workable credit limits, and a structured internal legal process with outstanding monies.
- Provide advice on continuous process improvement and controls around effective debtor performance.
