Course Ambassador / Marshall
Course Ambassador / Marshall focuses on ensuring that all guests are playing to the appropriate pace of play.
What the role involves
- Ensuring that all guests are playing to the appropriate pace of play.
- GPS on-cart system knowledge.
- Knowledge of course rules and etiquette as well as environmentally sensitive areas.
- Radio communication skills.
- Resolving any guest problems that occur on the golf course.
- Offering assistance, and advice if requested, on distances and club selection.
Skills and requirements
- This is a volunteer position that monitors guest experience and pace of play on course.
- Must have valid drivers license.
- Must play golf and be genuinely interested in the game.
Confirmed role details
- Ambassador’s receive a round of golf for each shift worked and must be able to work 4 shifts per month.
