What the role involves
- Preparing, assemble, and execute menu items for dine-in, take-out, banquets, and plated service.
- Operate kitchen equipment including grill, flattop, fryers, and pizza ovens.
- Complete all assigned tasks efficiently and accurately, especially during service.
- Follow recipes, prep sheets, kitchen manuals, and established procedures.
- Maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
- Assisting with receiving deliveries and verifying product quality and quantities.
Skills and requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience as a cook (1–2 years preferred).
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with strong time management skills.
- Legally eligible to work in Canada.
