Skills and requirements
- Relevant kitchen, service, hygiene, supervisory, or hospitality experience may be useful.
- Grade 12, Professional Cook Training Certificate and recent, related experience of six (6) months or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Certification in First Aid and Food Safe 2.
- Valid Class V Driver's License.
Candidate fit
- Pace, food quality, hygiene standards, and reliable teamwork.
Additional role context
- Completion of Provincial Violence Prevention within three months of employment.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to deal with others effectively.
